House Items for Furnishing ? Or Compensation?

As far as I know, we still cannot trade furniture items. This includes trophies, to have a company furniture crafter upgrade for you, or any furniture items to place on the market place. For all functional purposes they are currently “bind on pickup”.

We just want to know when this will be fixed?

Nothing yet? We’re slowly approaching a week here, I bought a house shortly before the lock down, haven’t been able to get my chests from friend, trophies, all that, kind of crazy it’s still not had even a progress update.

For real, give us some info already. Furnishing trading being down for almost 1 week without any update feels like it won’t be re enabled soon, which is absolutely ridiculous.

My group of friends have helped one guy get furnishing up so he can make trophies for us. Me personally, I want to craft some high gear score items and I’ve bought a few trophy upgrading materials for that purpose. There’s no way for me to make use of the materials or aquire the trophies, which is super annoying.

i owe 150k to 5 people who pushed me to 200 furnishing.

i am sitting on Orichalcum chests that are waiting to be sold, that we sank everything we had left into.

we are poor. we have the most coveted chest in the whole dang game.

if you utterly crippled and entire profession by solving a dupe, you DIDNT SOLVE ANYTHING.

I’ve sunk almost 400 hours into the game and just recently hit 150 furnishing by myself and now everything is frozen and locked and I’m just sitting here like, this was the one thing I enjoyed about the game and I feel like I’m being punished xD

First it seemed okay, then the lag when trying to place furniture in a house was happening and freezing the game and they fixed that somehow! Got really excited only to hear that items were being duplicated again by trolls and bots and it was disheartening but when the one thing you care for in the game is locked down and blocks your progress it’s hard to justify playing :frowning:

Feels like either people that have an entire company feeding their skill ups are fine cause they have access to that stuff but when I had to collect 15k steel and weak solvent to be able to hit just 150 I feel like I will never hit 200 xD and now seeing as I can’t even sell items or get rid of the items I crafted it’s like what do we do now xD

Every character, every server. Easy enough question.

Also, if you disable anything that has to do with wealth transfer, at the very same time, you should also disable anything that causes to have to pay from our current stagnant wealth. (i.e. Taxes of all types).

IF we have to struggle to make coin, we shouldn’t have to pay those taxes either as it’s draining our coffers back to zero.

I’m sorry if this sounds snarky, but yet another “helpful” post from AGS.

The issue here is simple;
AGS disabled furnishing. We can’t sell, trade, drop, or salvage ANY furnishing items right now - so those that are legitimately crafting them are stuck with them in their player inventory - weight and all.

This is happening on EVERY server.

Yet we still have to pay our taxes somehow because those are still enabled.

Yes, every character, every server, furniture is still 80% disabled. Still no update a day from my previous message. Why?

That was a bug?? I haven’t been able to store my trophies (that I crafted before maint.) to storage at all. it not much, but it’s annoying as hell.

All the information you need is in the POST here and the REST OF THE FORUMS . Amazon is getting a lot of NEGATIVE feedback and reviews as well as losing money they could be making on Store Bundles . More and MORE people are not BUYING Bundles because you want to give an automatic BOT response like this .

All this that you are asking for in this reply isnt needed you guys are the ones that turned off trading , the Wealth , and Furnishing . All this that you are asking for here clearly shows you did not READ the post or CARE about the COMMUNITY of New World players you currently have left

can i get everyone to nail the steam reviews? im fed up. if we cant get an answer by tagging admins, maybe crushing steam reviews will do it.

Done, never seen anything handled like this. If a supplier handled our accounts like this at work, we would definitely seek compensation and other sources to outsource. I believe they can’t actually fix the dupe as the dupe was caused by interupting server-client communications through lag. Every single dupe has been the same.
Initially they were using windowed mode to lag the communications, so they removed windowed mode. Now people just unplug their ethernet cable. unless they ban everyone that lags, they wont be able to fix it.

“Don’t give up no matter how hard it gets” should be addressed to the community instead, but it’s asked too much by now. This game could have been amazing, but the devs obviously aren’t qualified for a game like this and support either is let down by their superiors, is completely uninformed or they don’t care.

What are you talking about ? Read the Post / Link we posted from the other @Customer-Service . There is no reason to ask for Logs when it clearly states from @Customer-Service that AGS Termporaly turned off the trade of Furnishing . This is clearly NOT a BUG or ERROR if all servers are experincing the same thing and @Customer-Service stated it was going to do so …

So once again is there an possibly time frame on when the players that use furnishing as a main source of income will be able to trade / sell again .

And will there be Compensation for all the Trade that was lost during the AGS Trade Wealth SHUT down ?

Providing Logs for something AGS turned off does nothing to fix the problem . Turn it back on fixes the problem

@Kay Could you please provide us with an estimate here in regards to when we will be able to transfer the furniture items and put them up on the trading post. @DevonK it’s our humble request to get a developer on this post so they can understand better what we are talking about.
