So since territory buffs are only if you own a house in that territory, the flow on effects I’ve seen so far are.
a/ Crafters need to restrict themselves to one T1 house so they can rotate it for lower cost.
b/ Decorators like stable households. They are now forced to move if they want to craft something without a penalty from the decorating masterpieces they have made.
c/ Small groups of PvP people get to decide without any input from crafters what gets buffed, no voting system, no request system.
d/ Shell companies letting multiple zones rot, mean that your house that you spent gold to buy this week, could be completely redundant next week, and again you have no agency in the decision. This week for me its Reekwater and Brightwood left with no buffs.
e/ All the companies put the same rotation of buffs up, since to keep the houses they have they have and to appeal to the largest demographic of crafters, or to appeal to the same crafter’s making the most gold they stick with the same buffs.
f/ Chef’s passion is a pointless buff, you might as well ditch it due to everyone using the same buffs.
I’m sure there are more, but all I just see is friction. The only bonus being that dev’s want houses bought and sold regularly, or they want something for the 1% of the server to laud over the crafters.
