Houses in Brightwood not show occupied and peoples setup

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  In Brightwood, houses are not showing up as occupied. No persons stuff is visible from the outside. No one can see the chairs on my roof of my house!!!.
  Also my rent is due for all 3 houses I own. they are now paid and no monies have been taken from my account.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Massively no one can see my cool stuff in my house.

  PLS just check every house out on the delos server. this is happening.
