I have had an issue with my housing, too. I’ve talked with live chat multiple times, most recently I was told this is a known issue that the devs are aware of and that there is a master ticket all of the reports are being attached to internally that we can reference when we talk to support: D30114291.

I was told that there is no ETA on a fix.
