Housing BUG, cant press B to add or remove Decoration

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Hippotae
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: When entering the Housing mode i cant press B to open the decoration Menu, i also realised that i cant put my furniture off me its says ´´cant drop mission item´´ even tho its funiture i want to remove.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cant place my Trophies atm at my second house but much worse is that iam carrying with me weight i cant lay off in some storage cus it thinks they are quest items.
