Housing graphical issues in Restless Shores

I purchased the house opposite the trading post in Restless Shores, and have noticed a few graphical bugs-

1. On the second floor there is a tree clipping through the wall.
2. On the third floor there is a weird texture on the floor. This texture will appear overlayed on top of any furniture placed here.
3. There is a weird floating bush between this house and the next, not attached to anything.

It wouldn’t let me make a new topic, so I’ll add it in here- but today when I logged in, all the Pirate Housing Decor Bundle items I had placed were removed from my house. I had to place them all down again.
