The convergence mistletoe is “unlocked” but was get on an other server, so I have no convergence mistletoe on cleopatra. I think it’s a bug cause there is no reason that I can’t take it on a FFS ?

Hope you are doing great!

I apologize about this situation where your “Convergence Mistletoe” is apparently locked. It is correct that you can use the decoration account wide if you have already unlocked it from the past event.
Please open the in game shopt and click on the tab for “Unlocked Items” to check if you still able to see when was unlocked or check in your house on the vegetation tab from decoration mode and confirm if the item is there or if is not so we use the post as reference for a future ticket.

Thanx for you’re fast answer, I appreciate that. But I don’t have any house for now, waiting to buy my first one in brimstone. But if you say that it’s in our house tab it should be al right ? Have a nice continuation on the game

That is correct if you already have collected the reward succesfully you should be able to use it at the house decoration tab.
Let me know if you have some troubles with the mistletoe and hope you get a nice house in Brimstone.
