Housing plots that have only one owner won't display?

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Ennead
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: My home, that I have now owned for 6 total days, will not display to other players. I am the only person who owns the plot apparently. When other players view the lot it shows zero owners (tested with multiple different characters from server) The only plots that will display in towns are ones with multiple owners. Assuming since there is no competition for housing points that no calculation is made to pick which house is displayed, so none are. Regardless, I definitely own the home and if any other players views that plot’s menu, there are zero owners listed.

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I enjoy the housing display mini-game and made this my first goal, but my efforts are in vain.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Still experiencing the issue.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Have any other character view my plot or look at my plot house-menu. My house or myself being listed as an owner are not visible.
