Many players are experiencing an issue where housing furniture points is not being calculated with the zone reputation and 48 hour zone rep gained from the town board/mob kills, etc.
This started right after the server merge. I have had two houses not calculate for this entire duration.

It’s so awkward that I saw this since the update but I’ve just ignored it since it’s New World lol.
Orofena. You can see an entire list of people not updating. Mine wont even register on two of the properties. Meaning even though I have higher base points than many, I wont even show.
When you first buy a house, it seems like it takes 3 48 hour cycles before you register. Two of mine are not even registering, much less getting any points calculated.
Happened to me and my friends on Delos, AP Southeast.
