Housing score is not updating at all since server merges

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Castle of Steel

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Housing score is no longer updating for any of my houses(after last server merge). i have 2,000+ decoration score in each house. I gain about 30,000 territory standing in each zone my houses are in (faction/town board quests and crafting potions) every 2 days. and for 2 months straight all of my houses are only showing there decoration score as my housing score.
