Oh i know this feeling. They also have over two months of data that the fishing aptitude crates are working… I myself am owed over 50(i know its low i have been away from utopia this week since the merge) the general response is, oh we will take this under advisement/ we are working on a fix… Its been months with no improvement.
ah ye don’t remind me… last month i calculated how much their “temp hotfix” that was in place only while they where addressing fishing bots… 3-4 months ago now… and i lost around 20k coin from chests since even tho its not that much coin… the chests only contained 25-30% of what the berry bags contain and now u see bots running around killing low level mobs for the berry bags but no counter to that.
also ye… the aptitude crates for fishing are simply horrendous if it wasnt bad enough with the “forgotten” coin removal from the small trash chests people can fish up…

wow u gotta hear this… yesterday i farmed until i had 520.000+ score, and the reset/update of score is supposed to occur tomorrow… yesterday my housing score was #1 with 403.000+ score.
but today i have 51.000+ score only and there is now 18 hours left before update of score while my score is reset to default again… And the fella who always places 2nd or 3rd to me is rabjed 15th with a score below 2.000…
What ***** do they even hire at amazon ?
It isnt already bad enough that housing top 20 grants nothing and only #1 gets a minor thing by being featured or that there’s a cap on territory levels thus its end of life expectancy is in sight from the start… who designed the housing system and who maintains it so attrociously ?
other houses have top scores around 600-1.000 /facepalm i mean… there was no update or merge yesterday and neither the previous times but they still screw it up
It would appear that before midnight the incompetent fools at amazon did a silent wipe on scores and an hour or so later they “updated” scores… yet tomorrow scores are updated again yet we dont even know if the incompetents fixed the score to stay or if it will be wiped before counting of the scores…

wow… so while earlier this morning i had 51.000+ score i now have 13.000 score ?
how broken is this **** game ? hire some competent developers… please…
i quite literally have no argument to friends who abandoned this garbage fire for lost ark even tho i want to play new world it becomes harder to continue wanting to with something this broken…
note: keep in mind reset/update timer still shows the update/reset should first occur tomorrow however already we have had a couple wipes without counts and then a couple half updates.

managed to farm up to 55.000+ score today again… but upon login i see to my “surprise”… that its reset again…
at least #1 again although pointless as the “brilliant” designers didnt consider making it rewarding besides having featured and still 19 out of 20 get nothing… why not even a discount or such and why a 100% wipe of score ?
not really surprised… gotten used to the incompetence of amazon devs kinda saddening…

Farmed 340.000+ score yesterday but it recorded less than 1.300 score…
such competent developers…

and now a couple hours later today i have 162.000 score… it is still way over 30 hours before the update is meant to occur… but i was also reset down to below 2.000 again…

barely an hour has passed but i was reset to over 120.000 score again from the low score above to being #1 and now back to below 2.000 score… the quality these developers produce… it is quite amazing…
not a wonder why the population is dropping this much

I now farmed over 450.000 score today… again even after the complete reset, this is just the score pre-relog as i did more town board missions but with the brilliant coding the game only counts accumulated score upon login. anyways this picture shows its at least 450.000…
and i would honestly not be surprised given the developers “competence” i will have a rather random score tomorrow again even tho update is in around 30 hours as can be seen here but alone today i had 4-5 updates where my score jumped across the score board as if the update time was every hour or something…

An additional issue with scores (not mentioned) is the 3D modelling is pretty awful on a lot o objects. Things that should be flat on the bottom (like most of the cooking sets) are not flat and need to hang off things to go green. Some items like the oar decoration are almost impossible to place anywhere and keep green.

it quite literally updated… and as u can see there is still over 8 hours left until it should occur…
quite the “competent” developers…
also as clannagh mentioned the 3D modeling is terrible and the invisible walls either are too far out making things float or too far in making people place paintings and such in the wall making it only show the frame not the picture unless you creatively place it on top of a paper and remove the paper afterwards…
the basic straw bed has nothing below it since the cheapskate you hired skipped out thinking no one would even check… same goes for paintings the backside is seethrough… honestly speaking whoever is in charge is either lacking seeing as their team gets to slack of this easily.

a relog later i see that the “competent” developers still wont disapoint as it reset the score of ALL players yet again to scratch “default”… so the top 20 is a score of 800-1.5k… wow just wow…
correction… wow is a decent mmo so i gotta change the sarcastic shock sound to “amazon just amazon…”

today after the “update” it does not come to my surprise that i have default score without any accumulated town board score and the top 20 consists of laughably low scores as the system likely did a double reset so those in between the resets got a small amount of score before the 2nd update…
i am not surprised to see amazon looking for developers for a lot of aspects including UI… for this game… turns out working for amazon is either shameful, harsh or not worth the trouble…
the housing system was lacking since beta, had countless issues early release from duping to compensation screwups to this current mess which highlights its design flaws…
amazon… can we get some transparency on when these things are going to be addressed or if the project has started to drift out of control ?

imo; i think the score from items is just to low, if you have a nice decorate home thats like 1000 points, but town board gives 200-500k, so even if u do your utmost best it represents just 0,3-0,5% of your total score… why did i craft a 1.5k orichalcum rickety barstool? 'cause i like to, shame it doesn’t get recognised in the current rating system…
