Describe the issue you are experiencing: For the last 6 days, my home standing points have not been updating. It defaults to the same standing points every 48 hours. For example, I will have 550,000 plus points but when the 48 hours is up it doesn’t reflect those points. It shows my points from a week ago at around 100,000 plus points. This is only happening to my home in Everfall. From what I see, the top person has had the same amount of points for the last 3 rotations. This is not happening to my other two homes. This is frustrating as I am working on my home standings and do not see it reflected.

Ok 4 rotations of 48 hrs now. My home in Everfall has not changed its standing point #s.
Tonight I had 360,846 points. But it still says I only had 166,105 points for the last 8 days running and I have had 500k to 400k + every rotation. except this last one cuz Im tired of putting in the work for NOTHING. The points at my home have stayed still for 8 days now same #s over and over. First place on standing list 298,305 Second place 184,909 Third place Me 166,105 which I never had on any of the rotations. Bust my butt to get my points up and it don’t change. I like this game and all but to put the work in and not get what the game says I should Sucks! This is not happening to my other homes only in Everfall.
Ok AGS this is getting OLD. I love the fact that you are trying to keep fixing the game and I would hope you would. But housing standing points need some attention not only am I being screwed over in Everfal like I have posted here and a bug report on. Every time you all go down for maintenance i lose 98% of my current housing points. I had over 800k at one house and after down time I only have 1500. What gives don’t you have a system in place to keep this from happing? All my time i put in to gain them points are gone ever time you drop the severs. pls fix! This is getting OLD!
and not even a we are looking into it? smh. I paid for the game for me and the wife and we frequently purchase from your store. Where is the customer service!
5 Rotations now and NO CHANGE IN EVERFALL STANDING HOUSING POINTS FOR ME! I am not getting any reward for my game play. Are you all working on a fix for this?
