How about a couple Freshest Start servers?

Could we please get a couple of servers that prohibit character creation if the account already has a character in that region?

I’m not suggesting all Fresh Start servers be this, but this approach would allow those of us who want to start fresh and clean and actually stick around to congregate on the same servers. And it would allow those who have mains on older servers to still check out Fresh Start and then return to their servers a week or two later without it being completely catastrophic to the Fresh Start servers they were on.

I have a character on NA west and plan to play FSS on NA West. How would my playing cause any issues?
