I’ve noticed that when it comes to acquiring Repair Parts from salvaging items like weapons and armor, you don’t really get much.
Now I’m not sure if this is how it was intended from the start but I always find myself scrounging for scraps when it comes to Repair Parts. I’ve been salvaging about 80% of whatever I don’t use as to get more Repair Parts, but I’m not sure if there was another way to obtain said parts other than to just salvage unused gear.
The only way to get repair parts is via salvaging, you can also purchase Repair Kits which instantly repair a certain Tier.
Once you hit 60 if your farming gear etc you will always have parts unless your dying a lot. I have been capped on Salvage parts and have almost 100 repair kits saved as well because the gold cost gets pretty ridiculous. Once I have finished maxing my crafters I will probably struggle more though but even then the amount of repair parts used versus what I get on an elite run balances out really quickly.
