I was recently ‘flagged’ for disruptive behaviour. No idea why. Never used any exploits and the most egregious thing I’ve done is have the odd argument in chat. Haven’t said any gamer words and keep swearing to a minimum and really undirected like ‘what the fuck’ not ‘fuck YOU’ etc.
So anyway, I got ‘flagged for disruptive behaviour’ no idea what that even means but I could continue playing, so wasn’t a ban.
I submitted a ticket and waited for a few days, only to be told I needed to submit a ticket. Uh hello? I did submit a ticket, it’s how I’m speaking to you right now. I kindly responded in this way, only to be told ‘sorry only a small team of moderators can investigate this, we don’t have the tools’. So why are my tickets going to these people? Why when I submit a ticket for help is it going to people that literally cannot help me in any way?
And the worst bit of all
When I asked the question ‘can someobody with the correct tools and privileges please look into this for me’ I was told that the original decision was wrong and my permanent ban has been removed.
TL;DR when you submit a ticket the awful customer service agents are literally shit up on the SPOT and think we are stupid.

So again I ask, how am I supposed to take this game seriously and invest more time into it? When I could be banned or flagged or whatever at any moment and get no real information or help about why it happened. 3 years down the line, 3 years of progress could be wiped because some overworked call centre worker just can’t be bothered to help that day.
