How can I contact Customer Support?

Hey,

Since server merges aren’t happening soon nor is the server where my friends are not being unlocked, I’d like to know if I have 2 Transfer Tokens? I did not use a Transfer Token at all and I know Two were given out, one in 2021 (did not use) and another recently (again did not use). Though when I check in-game, I can’t tell how many I have. I just want to make sure if I transfer to a Temp server with a stable population, I can play until Castle of Steel is open where my friends went and transfer there. As of now my server has 30 players playing, which you really can’t do much, I’m just logging in for daily’s.

So I’d just like to confirm through Support if they can make sure my account has 2 Transfer Tokens and I’m safe moving to a Temp server before finally meeting up with my friends when they open it up as there is no news on server merges.

I understand you want to confirm if you have your two unused transfer tokens in your account.

Upon checking I can confirm that your character name - cubez does have 2 server token unused, which means you can use this to transfer twice to the server of your choice.
