so basically, this guy is cheating but he can’t be banned for doing it, this guy manage to change his Nvidia settings to get a low poly game quality , I let you judge by yourself on how disgusting this gameplay is + the fact he his obviously playing with this fucking OP weapon that is the musket if not what playing else.
I think I’m done with this game, the meta is horrible , OPR is full of musket with some of them playing with those graphics.
After 1300 hours, I leave this game who has no future at all if the PvP stay like that.
Other than getting higher framerates it doesn’t make this guy any better. With your logic claiming, because someone has better performance, people with better pcs shouldn’t be able to play either.
Most games let you do this. It really comes down to how high end your card is and the features of its software. Id imagine this is common for pvp minded players to do where players look for any edge at all they can get.
Heck you can get close to this with ingame setti gs.
Same thing can be said about wall hacks with that aspect. A bad player with wall hacks will lose to a good player without them. I know this isn’t nearly as bad as wallhacks but it does give some kind of advantage vs graphics loaded normally.
This isn’t changing graphics settings, this is tweaking your graphics card to load the games graphics improperly. Thats why its called “low-poly” because it quite literally is loading less polygons.
as soon as your change something that is not meant to be change by the game settings to give you an unfair advantage even if it’s a not a big advantage , you’re cheating
This also prevents a lot of foiliage from obstructing your view, making it a lot easier to spot people in bushes/behind trees. Definitely not a fair advantage vs players loading the graphics normally.
I’m just angry because I like this game a lot but it’s been 3 weeks I didn’t get fun at all in OPR or wars because of all those OP muskets , desync , rollbacks , cheaters ect… and AGS are not saying anything even when thousands of players think the same as me, we even get in the DEV update “musket is the less played weapon” (LMAO), so yeah thanks but no thanks i’m quitting a game I like for those reasons and I should say thank you AGS ?
