to take the entire land you need to do pvp quests within that area, and gain the standing up to 100%, also enemies can do those same pvp quests to cancel out your work (approx 0.3% per player per pvp quest that takes approx 10mins to complete). once that area hits 100% in your colour the guild that contributed the most % has the opportunity to declare war.
they can choose from 3 war camp sizes, i think they are priced at 5k, 10k, or 15k and then they declare war. The war time is chosen by the defending faction, could be a nice time or could be like 2-3am. since you are attacking you have to conform to their time
