As the servers are highly populated instead of choosing a server why can’t the Devs implement an update that the game decides to put you in a server that has the space, that way your not waiting all the time in a queue. I also was on a low pop server at one stage I was the only one in town after 30 min or so it started to get a lot more people in. I fear that in time we will just be waiting in queues, so why can’t the devs implement an update as above
i dont know thats above me. but it would be hard with whole groups of people and would take some fun out of it if they shuffle around individual people

Also you’ll be able to transfer for free. And atleast in Europe the queues on most high-pop servers arent THAT bad anymore (Like ~3h at prime time).
Don’t be such babies. They will fix a lot of this with the free server moves. Just make a second character on a medium pop server.
GuruChaz, I have created another character on a low server at one point I was the only one on there or seemed to be. However if the game becomes really popular and I hope it does as I do enjoy playing it. The low populated servers get extremely busy, then were back to square 1 with the queues. I don’t know how Elder Scrolls Online do it but that is always highly populated and there are no queues

ESO uses one giant megaserver somehow for everyone per platform (PC, Xbox, PS4/5). The US has their own server, Europe has theirs, etc. I don’t know why Amazon didn’t do the same. They have the money.
If you bought the game, having waited years or months for its release, that’s presumably because you want to play it. When the queues are sorted over the coming days, surely you will still want to play it? Why would it be any different after the queues have gone? Some patience is called for.

Quitting and demanding a refund because of queue issues is retarded. You’re just being emotional. Every MMO goes through launch issues. Queue problems should be the least concerning since it will eventually die down.

i had no idea what new world was till battle for new world. Queues have gotten better and patience was called for. still a frustrating situation. it was like buying a six pack and opening it up to find 5 lol
What does that even mean? You spent money to play a game and spend time on it. The real issue is your stubbornness to get into some extremely overpopulated server. I’ve been enjoying the game because I was willing to re-roll on a low populated server and not have to deal with extreme queues during peak times.
What a bunch of drama queens. No MMO launch is perfect and this is no different. It’s actually been better than some others i’ve witnessed. It will settle down in time. You didn’t come here to ask about refunds, you came to moan. You are well aware that the game is purchased via Steam and if they won’t refund you because of your queue time then you need to raise a support ticket with them. Are you under the impression Amazon will see your post and refund you directly ? No. So stop pretending you have a question have refunds.
If you don’t like it, moan to steam and try to get refunded. To judge a new MMO after 4 days is ridiculous.

I joined a low pop server and start out a 1 in queue, just to get a timed out message…finally got in buy spamming connect 20X and the sound was all choppy…logged out respam connect, got back in and done the movment tutorial, run down path out of starter and the game gives me “Not allowed to play”, sends me back to desktop, open up steam and the game has uninstalled and now I have to wait 2hrs to reinstall? WTF
