How do I make the wall based fish mounts?

Was looking at some screenshots, and noticed people have fish mounts that are designed for a wall. Example:

I don’t see these as an option at the mount-a-catch station, and can’t find any info searching online.

I want some! How can I also get these?

They’re the result of salvaging a few specific fish. I think the blue blooded barb, daemonaja, egede serpe and varanus mandje are the only ones.

Oh so on rare occasion if you salvage these, you’ll loot a furniture item for them?

It’s not a rare event. None of the legendary fish salvage to filets. Actually most can’t be salvaged at all. Those 4 can be salvaged to give a “taxidermied fish” which is a furniture item, or for a couple of them, can be used in the fishing trophies.
Edited to add: the taxidermied, furniture items are bound to the player, whereas the original fish is not.

There are 4 of these housing items:

• Taxidermied Blue-blooded Barb
• Taxidermied Varanus Mandje
• Taxidermied Daemonaja
• Taxidermied Egede Serpe

Obtainable by salvaging the corresponding legendary fish.

All of them can be placed in your house as furniture.

Taxidermied Blue-blooded Barb is used in crafting the Basic Fishing Gathering Trophy.
Taxidermied Daemonaja is sued in crafting the Major Fishing Gathering Trophy.
