How do I transfer from server?

Hi, I got the game 2 weeks and ago I ended up joining a esp/eng because 2 of my friends played on it and that ended up being a big mistake as its spanish dominant and I can’t find any help when my friends are not on cause I can’t speak or understand spanish. I don’t want to create a fresh charcter as I got heavily invested and grinded to level 54 already and pretty far in my main quest line. Its become very hard for me to get into groups for elite missions and dungeons I need help with as my friends can’t play the game as much as I do. Is there any way I am able to change server atm cause either I have to solo or stop playing cause of my language barrier. Any eta

It’s great knowing that you are enjoying the game and has progressed so much so soon.

I understand your situation of being stuck in the server and I am sorry for the inconvenience.

However, I am afraid that the server transfer wave 1 has been the only one released yet.

The free transfer tokens are issued to all existing players on October 20th, 2021 who had active accounts at the time. And this was turned off for new players on November 22nd.
