How do I turn off the musical instrument "completion" sound?

I can’t check the market without someone standing there spamming their music non stop. I’ve figured out how to turn off the musical instruments themselves but that loud sound when the song completes is killing me. I’ve messed with all my audio settings and its still loud as can be.

Anyone know which setting turns this sound off?

I have that muted. I’m talking the sound it makes when you’re done and then the clicking while waiting for tips.
