How do multiple beacons and scared grounds work?

How do multiple heal circles (beacons and sacred grounds) work?

Does the most recent override the previous? Does a stronger override the weaker?

IE if a player with 350 focus puts down a sacred ground and a player with 200 focus puts on down in the same spot, are you now stuck with a weaker sacred ground?

Is it the same in PvE and PvP or are the rules different?

I ask because if the most recent is weaker and can over ride the stronger this would be an easy exploit in PvP if you have enemy sympathizers on the other team.

I know from an nerf that sacred ground does override the other healer SG, Im not sure about the stronger or weaker (stat etc).

I really dislike that nerf and think it was a dumb nerf AGS did on sacred ground, they could have nerf the 30% increase healing abit instead, balancing it out with divine blessing.

That nerf made me stop playing healer and nerf on the choices of armor types aswell.

From my experience in both, my stronger sacred always overrides everyone elses no matter when i cast it, or who casts after me. But it used to not be that way.


Unfortunately, I can’t remember which dev blog that was from.

So if Im reading this right, this means in most cases the last one cast will overwrite the other regardless of strength. Again, this seems like it could easily be used as an exploit if you have someone on the other team with low focus casting circles on top of existing circles.
