Still reporting the exploit and showing evidence that they removed the items themselfs and still getting banned without proper communication about why they got banned by doing the right thing is kinda fckd up. I know people lie and alot of em got what they deserved but the exploit was super easy to do you literaly switched and item from the item slot and that dupe was done…lets say in war or OPR or world pvp you switch items from slots real quick you would have done the dupe without knowing it and getting banned in returned alot of ppl got banned for that and they didnt even get a reason thats just super wrong from AGS everyone is getting auto replies
Then they shouldn’t have cheated… Even my best friend wouldn’t admit to me if they cheated, they’d say they didn’t and Id come here and post about it. Honestly, NO ONE admits to doing wrong. AGS used the database to find people who abused it. They weren’t searching for people who innocently bought stuff, or who accidentally duped once and then stopped cos they realised it was wrong.
If you cheated, go bye bye… end of story
Exactly, with automated bans and outsourced VS dealing with all the appeals. Rollback would have been a better option.

Even people getting mass reported for abussive or spam get autobanned they get the same treatment for people trolling them auto ban is a bad thing without any type of communication

No there isn’t… In multiple dev videos they have said ALL reports are investigated by humans and there are no autobans. If in fact this was untrue it would leave AGS open to legal action. A company this big cannot put out videos and blatantly lie to people… go check yourself before making stuff up

I think in the first month of the game there was an automated system that was abused, they stopped it… and have repeated in multiple dev videos there are no automated bans…

AGS is not a big company lol just because they are owned by amazon those not mean they have that kind of resourse
