This issue happened around a week ago. When I tried to put my minor luck trophy on the chimney wall then suddenly the cursor moved a lilbit and it end up inside my chimney. The problem now is that I cannot removed it anymore. I can’t select it and I’ve already tried from several angles. So do anyone have any idea how to settle this issue other then abundant my house because it will cost me 20k coins to get a new house later.

Please send me the following details-
-Character name:
-Server:
-House Location:
-House tier or name:
-dxdiag report
-3 in game logs
Instructions for generating a DXdiag: Open and run DxDiag.exe
Instructions for finding the in-game logs:
- Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
- Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
- Paste the contents of the file into a txt file.
Send .txt file as an attachment in the PM.
With this information, we’ll be able to investigate the issue further.

Hey Team NW. Good news, I’ve already managed to remove the trophy. I crawl into the chimney and then try several angles and at last, I made it. Anyway thank you so much for your assistance.
