How is is there a queue for EU Servers at 10pm?

I just bought the game, following some videos/announcements, and I can’t even play the game at 10pm (UK) on a Weekday? (11pm Europe). How is there a queue at this time on an EU server?

if I can’t log in now, then when am I going to be able to log in if I work 9-5 Monday-Friday? Also is there a problem with the UI as I have been the same position in the queue for 10-15 minutes?

Very confused.

The best part is that it varies to from 150 to 80 to 171… guess you can jump the queue somehow…
