wow did not suffer from this while its release was not remotely smooth either, ff14’s original release did, and it was nuked from existence and remade, its rerelease while it did suffer from many issues, they weren’t on this scale, your delusion of normalcy is just that, a delusion. you know what both of those games have in common, they’re considered the norm for a SUCCESFUL release in the genre both experiencing constant week on week growth for several YEARS after their release the later of the 2 is still seeing it, this game on the other hand, naw week on week loss on a massive scale

I have valid criticism against the game, you have personal attacks and crying fits. At least one of those is beneficial. I’m sure you will have a hard time figuring out which one is beneficial, I will help you, it isn’t you.

The best part is they gave everyone playing during the Bounties of Blackwood event the Deadlands expansion for free.

Thanks for looking at the crux of the problem I listed. Definitely not whining, I enjoyed it for a month but not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, they are not providing that either.

Up until today’s massive failure they were already losing 150k players a week since launch. If they keep trade houses down and punish legit players I imagine that to double.

I didn’t know that. I was actually quite impressed to see that armor table furnishing was free as well. It’s already sitting in my new house :+1:

This game is crap. We were promised a beautiful new world with lots of activities, we got a broken new world with a farm simulator at the high-end stage

I went to a lower pop server with a few buddies they all quit now I’m stuck in a server with no outpost rushs’, no auction house, no nothing. Just barren wasteland where my faction owns every territory and other factions don’t even participate.

Super fun times.

I missed it. Sadly, I wasn’t playing ESO during that event. I think I renewed my sub a few days after that event ended.

Says who? I expected a game I could play for years, as was advertised. At every turn they break more than they fix. The game has massive features that are integral to the game they turn on and off on a whim. You can’t trust anything these devs are doing. Just because I invested hundreds of hours doesn’t make it acceptable that the game is getting worse not better.

did they tho? i could swear we were sold an mmo and not a single play thru rpg which has a fixed amount of hours worth of content.

edit just to preempt your next statement i am in no way saying the amount of content we have is an issue it’s pretty normal, the stability of what little there is and the absolute impunity that up untill now exploiters were given to ruin that small amount of content IS THE ISSUE.

Exactly. Also some of us spent hundreds of dollars on currency for the cash shop. I have everything the shop sells. It’s a lot more than $40.

I see people saying this a lot.

I do not feel like I got my 40 quids worth, because I don’t measure my experience by hours or time spent, but by the QUALITY of that time.

I have not had my money’s worth, because the game feels like it’s still in alpha to me, but I hope I will eventually if the game gets fixed.

Exactly. I put in so many hours because I was hoping I would see improvement. All I have seen is cascading failures in the game.
