Just saw it happen was taking another factions fort then poof the people in my party started disappearing when I reach out to then via discord they said they got temporary banned

this happened to me twice , on day 3 of the launch and just yesterday after the update was finished , and not one time was there a response from my appeal leaving me to believe that theres no live support to appeal the bans too . first time i dont know if anything went on cause my steam got hacked so someone could have done something the second i wasnt online for 20 hours cause of the update , i did get on later that night just to brag that 1440p was awesome on the game and then logged back out , if i got a 24 hour ban for saying the games graphics are awesome theres something wrong lol, point is theres no live person that responds to appeals
