I need to delete and remake my character (perhaps on a different server). He has a name I love and don’t want to lose.
Could someone let me know the official time the name is locked to the account? I.e. If I delete my character and I go to remake a new character, some random person won’t be able to steal my name in the meantime
There are lots of different answers to be found to this question - Some streamers are saying its 90 days others just 10 minutes.
I appreciate a dev on Reddit said a name becomes available to use “after 1 minute” but that means its available to you after 1 minute or you and everyone else?
If you delete your character the name releases after about 60 seconds and you can use it again. It is locked to your account for 90 days though, so no one else can use it.
