People was complaining about late maintenance hours - now they are complaining about early hours maintenance. Most people work from let us say 6am to 20am - not many jobs got night shifts - but you except that some amazon workers will have night sifts only to maintenance the late hours in EU. I am grateful for early maintenance schedule that most of gamers will work or study and will play later. Other players who play 18h per day they do not care as much about maintenance hours at all. But all people are enough reason to understand that maintenance is necessary and whatever time they choose - always we find people who say this time is bad for me. So Early time maintenance for EU is a improve and personally I am thanking you for this change. Its easy to expect something from others especially if such work (night sift) you are not support or say to yours boss you got you own life and family to take care of.

This is a horrible time for us in Australia/New Zealand it was 5pm peak time and wont finish till around 12am and I have work in the morning! I just got home from work and now cant play new world at all today and had to play something else!
Please change this it sucks.
Even if you push it 3-4 hours later so at least we get sometime after work.
Its still horrible time its around 5pm - 12am new Zealand/Australian time which is absolute peak hours I got home from work at 5pm and now no new world today for me at all as i got to go to bed for 7am start.
Literally removing a day of play for most of us here meaning we can only play 6 out of 7 days a week because of patch time its insane, they need to at least push them to 9pm our time so we can at least get something but preferably region specific patching!

I bought a game to the play the game bro I wouldn’t expect you to not be able to play the game every Wednesday especially if its one of the only days you get to play.
I do not work in a customer service position. I also got the game to play it believe it or not. But I also understand its a new game. I also have the ability to play other game while I wait, what a novel idea.
And be happy you can play 6/7 days a week - I’m luck if I get 3 days to play a week with my shift patterns. But guess what… I don’t mind doing other stuff lmao.
Exactly as everyone here is getting online after work. I’m on the Khmun server and as per usual the down time was exactly at the worst moment.

They probably could, but steam pushes updates to all clients at once regardless of region afaik. Since the client version has to match with the server version they would need to not overwrite the old files when updating initially but only after the serverside got updated. Tbh i don’t see that happening without a seperate in-between-launcher, which none of us want.
No matter what time of the day they do maintenance some body going to be effected with down time in prime time…just learn to live with it…you can’t expect Steam and amazon to hold different times a day to make sure nobody gets effected now…it just doesn’t work like that now.
