Ive already downloaded the new patch and still servers are down for longer than they say as always

They probably ran into another snag as they did with the Tempest update I believe… that one took a whopping 5 hours (so 2 more hours than expected).
Just poor communications and planning on their part. If you’ve constantly ran over projected timelines add a pad of an hour or so. Then, if you deliver early you’re a hero. This constantly missing published timelines just looks really bad.

I just would rather them not give a specific time instead of saying it will most likley be less than 2 hours and for the second time in a row the servers are down for longer than they say.

Right. If they told me it’s going to take 5 hours, then I would’ve gone to bed but this is their 2nd time being who knows how late it’s going to be.

Foreal how hard would it to be to just say ‘‘we are extending our maintenance’’. Right now im staying up to see if they ruined our dynasty mutation week that just started by flipping it to something else with the patch. They should really just say anything so I know if i should go to bed or not.

My theory is that the server team doesn’t have logins to Twitter or any public announcement and the team that has logins to it is sleeping.
My theory is they have a long track record of poor communication skills and going past the deadlines for these things so it’s just another day for AGS.
Yeah they seem to have trouble even meeting an approximate time they say. I’d expect maybe 30 mins, but it seems to be a trend recently.

We’re well over 30 mins now, i was hoping they would ONLY be 30 mins late like its some sort of gift to us lmao
Well, last time they were late by 2+ hours. It would be nice if they respected our time a little bit more… sigh. Tell us it’s gonna be a 5 hour update, and we’ll do something else, like sleeping lol.

We wouldn’t have to speculate if there was basic communication like ‘‘downtime will be extended for X hours.’’
Like the simplest of announcements would suffice. I don’t care if they said they needed 5 more hours just say so and don’t make us wonder.
