Hello there needs to be a duration on points and damage taken leaderboards or something during opr and war I feel it would help other roles to do something other than damage and make front liners like tanks feel like we are doing something. Please pass this onto the team.
Duration on the point toward the end- Player x has stood on the point for 5 mins and 6 seconds
Damage taken - player x took x amount of damage (or just their own leaderboard)
In case you didn’t know you do get points now for standing on point.
I know you want to be a tank, but if you just spec 300 strength and 200 con you could kill people with the S&S.

I think that is a great idea. You get no acknowledgement for holding down a point. Its all damage, kills, or heals. Something a tank does not focus on.
Feels bad for our 5 tanks in war finishing in last place but do a lot in our heart

lol on Orun I’m usually the single little void/ice mage waiting for the point to cap while scrolling though Instagram on my phone since all the bruisers want to go fight stuff.

Im on ORun and theres no way you havent seen the 500 con players who run into a 1v10, and then complain about no heals.
They are legends on ORun.
There is a metric called “capture points” if you look at the performance(?) tab
For wars? I’ll have to check it out but I’m asking for something where the bottom tier players can have something to look at like the damage dealt or highest healing scoreboard players.
I agree they should show those stats to overall leaderboard / damage taken / time on point or something like this . They already have the data un statisctixs , just need to show everyone

100% sure we alrdy see our damage taken in Our performance tab , just need to show it on leaderboard . Not sure what others metrics could be good for tanks, I guess time spent on point could also be a good metric
I’ll check the opr once I play I did see you are gaining points on the point now when captured. We just need a player on point duration thing.
I’m not sure if it has duration but there was definitely a “capture points”. It didn’t really correlate to overall score either as my score that game was like 7kish and my capture points was like 9k so…
I must be the only one in this game that doesn’t give a crap about the ridiculous scores. I just want my 500 points, and then I want to win the match.
If you want to get a high score in OPR, all you have to do is play like a wuss…don’t take any chances, don’t get into any tough fights, don’t die. K/D ratio has a huge effect on your score, and it encourages playing safe and playing soft.
I mean play how you want but that’s not the point of my post. It’s not hard to get 500 points even as a tank it’s quite easy but it would be nice to see what you did other than just existing.
no it doesnt. Ive gone 25-0 and gotten 15th place.
damage and healing is everything. capturing points helps out now though.
