Why would anyone pay for this, though? The game competes neck and neck with Runescape. Why flip bills to bring it lower than that? What’s that even do? It’s probably already on the cutting docket for this player count.
Now, all the doods who be going around the forums telling people to fuck off and quit?
Yeah, that smells like a concentrated effort to shit alllll over a game. Player retention is important early, and who wants to retain to a community of people who tell them to go away?

Slap in some game-breaking bugs and exploits that are not addressed with haste and you have a recipe for a 832,000 player dropoff.
Not sure how much they pay streamers. But anyone who would watch video game streamers is some serious sort of special needs kid for sure.

I mean granted, I’d rather play than watch a game. But streaming is a parasocial experience and those legitimately sell better than sex right now.
Streamers typically make upward six digits yearly. The higher names push seven.
I got banned in shrouds NW stream for saying “this game is doodoo”. Must be paying him a lot.

This was my first experience doing dungeons ( Laz / Gen) since start of game and I really enjoyed it (700hrs played) …I think this patch is good because it’s still give more viable options for casuals to play end-game dungeon and get their feets in mutating ( lvl 1-2 for casuals) . I also got a lot of expertise bumps during Thoses 5-6 normals run. Having orb cheaper and accessible in faction shop is a huge improvement for casual
streamers are obligated to put #AD if they are being paid otherwise risk ban from the platform
Lol this is an odd statement. I love playing games and I love watching people play the games I like and other type of games. It’s not weird at all.
There are some really good streamers out there if you would like to change your mind. Lirik and Shroud are the best two of them.
what about those that dwell in the forums that dont play the game… kids with special issues?

“One” xD Then you have no right to talk man… Wtf… M1 ist pretty easy, so everyone has a chance to farm a few Umbral Shards to improve.
Its good, that M1 is just slightly harder than the normal Laza. M2 is still pretty easy, but even with good equip you have to start to focus a little (still possible to play without a tank, lol :D).
M3 is the start of the “real mutation experience”, you cant talk before you played M3 man.
Its like buying a reprint of a book and throwing it away because they didnt change the cover.
When exactly did I say it was difficult? If you’ve done laz you’ve done laz, increasing difficulty doesn’t make it not laz. I did 2 mutations last night and that’s enough for me, I’m just done with this game. If there actually was pvp at the end of it to justify grinding these boring dungeons to get slightly better gear I’d grind through it but in all likelyhood the game will get canceled before they ever fix anything or add any actual new content, so I’m just moving on. If you like doing the same thing 100 times a week over and over for no apparent reason then have fun man, I only wish I were so easily amused.

Shroud gets paid to promote a product on his channel. A deal which most probably comes with clauses in the contract forbidding him to put it in negative light in front of his viewers. Do you really think he’d be playing it if he wasn’t getting paid and would not be playing something that he IS paid for?
Do you also buy AAA games based on positive reviews from IGN and the likes just because you think they aren’t reviews paid for by the big publishers?

Do not knock my soundtracks. My works come with a soundtrack. Go ask him in his stream whether he is paid to play new world. Go do it. He has a creator tag & can earn through people using his creator tag. That is very different than being paid to play it, in the event that is even one of the benefits at all.
