How much should i UnderClock my Gpu and limit my PSU? (specs inc)

MB: Asus Tuf X570
P: Ryzen9 5900x

im totally a noob with this stuff, i read that needed to download a program (MSI afterburner) to place the settings, right???

Set the power level to a lower value… I set mine to 70%…
