Twice now I have waited 70 minutes or more for customer service, only for the rep I am connected with to end the chat without solving the issue or saying goodbye.
Is there an email or anything NOT for support but to report their reps ending the chat early?
The issue I am having is the âserver timed out while waiting for server to spawn the playerâ which is not a client side problem, and they end the chat after unhelpful basic troubleshooting (reboot the game, check your firewall).
Iâm so sorry for the experience you had with customer service.
We have a quality team so if they disconnect the chat they will see that so you can be sure that those kinds of situations are going to get reviewed.
Now with your issue is most likely to be a capacity server situation and that is going to get corrected by the devs team, If you want I can send and explain the situation to them but for that, I will need your character name and server name if possible.

Issue: When selecting character to log in, âserver timed out while waiting for server to spawn the playerâ error shows.
There is no server queue and others in my household are able to connect to the server Neno Kuni. If I try my character on their computers, the result is the same - I canât log in. The problem is NOT with my computer or network connection, as they can log in with their character on my computer. I can also log in to a character on a different server.
While I have no solution to offer anyone that comes looking at sees this post, my initial issue was resolved âsomehowâ and I am now able to log in after being locked out for multiple hours.
I hope itâs okay to post my topic here. Iâve contacted Amazon Customer Service and Game Support a few times, and never heard anything back most of those times. Additionally I had major account issue with the game, and was given a very rude, inadequate response which did not solve my issue, and almost made me quit the game. Anyway if you read this Amazon. Know that customer service should be a high priority, and that the customer should be treated valuably!
