How to get a world transfer token

well like the title says how to get a world trasnfer token? the menu in the shop for the tokens is blank for me, is there a way to get a world trasnfer token somehow?

We are currently working to get a balance on all server, we will announce more info about server merges and transfer tokens soon.

At the moment i don’t have more info.
