The improvements made to monarchs bluffs and everfall are HUGE. But there’s one more thing that can really take the towns in this game to the next level, and that is to add the chatter of townsfolk in the background. It’s a subtle change, but it’ll go a long way in improving the experience. ESO does this really well. It would make settlements feel much more lived-in and help immerse the player. More NPCs would have to be added around town in order for this to make sense visually.

They did say they are working on this, they want to populate the towns with AI, it is being worked on apparently.

They can improve immersion by removing in game ads for TV shows.
Yes that immersion lol. Ads in game are BS.
Ah yes the immersion in the log in screen . Yes that immersion.
Honestly swimming would go a long way to adding to the immersion. But I’ll sound like a broken record asking for it
