How to know if a item perk is stackable or not?

Hello,

I just want to find a way (a database) to know if a perk like Fortifying Shield Rush - Perk - New World Database (nwdb.info) is stackable or not.

If you know some links who could tell me like “isStackable: true/false” on each perk

That one is not stackable…

All of the ones that offer a power perk are not stackable unless they expressly state that they are for the most part.

For example surrendering shockwave is not stackable… nor is keen for SnS it can be on both.

Damage mitigation is almost always stackable with the exception of fortification (sherking fort being the major exception to the rule), but you can stack definite type of fortification… For example, mortal fortification, and fortifying shield rush will stack, but double mortal will not.

It would be nice if the game would expand on the tool tips, or show us in red which ones don’t stack. As far as a database there might be one, but I have never seen it. You might try asking in world chat, it is generally helpful with things like this, once you get around all of the other things happening.
