So its no secret that our input is filtered and fed to the devs with kid gloves on. Rather than talking about stuff here and hoping a dev recognizes it enough to give you the “I sent it off to the right team” script I got a better way
go to the top near your icon and click the 3 bars for the about at the bottom of the window, it lists all devs/mods/admins
message them directly with your issues instead of posting them here to be filtered.
When clicking on these profiles, it shows how much time spent on the forums reading or reviewing… which is sad because some devs dont even have 15 minutes here.
Don’t expect a response though, they will get an email saying someone messaged them, but at best all you get is a “seen” on your convo because they can’t be bothered to respond.
after enough messages get ghosted you land where I’m at with this game and don’t really care when it dies, im just here for the ride.
losing 97% of the player base in 4 months deserves a trophy I think. Cheers!
Just to clarify, Developers aren’t admins or moderators on the forums. To get your bug report or feedback seen, I’d recommend posting it in the appropriate sections where both the Devs and our QA team are constantly lurking.
hey luxendra sorry to bother, we are asking for help with the situation of servers with less than 100 player online, could you or someone else telling us how they’re gonna fix the problem? we cannot play the game, every group activity is impossible to fullfil: no OPR, No endgame dungeon, no wars, no invasion, no tier5 crafting due to impossible to win invasion, no TP because noone is selling Buying. please help.
in which section do we have to post to let us be heard?
@Luxendra THE ENTIRE PLAYER BASE BELIEVES THAT DEVS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR WHAT THE ISSUES THE PLAYERS ARE FACING. They need to communicate more or else people are going to continue walking out the door
correct, I’m not important and thats not my point. My point is the devs are not reading the feedback because the forum admins filter feed them the wrong stuff.
devs and admins don’t play and it shows, they probably don’t even know what level cap is
To be fair there’s some that have spent days on here. Not every dev is going be spending hours reading forums nor should you want them to. That would be a terrible use of developer time, because they would be doing the job of community managers.
Also it’s not like they can just pick and choose what to work on. Tasks (bugs, features, etc) are assigned to devs or teams. That means detailed bug reports following the template laid out is likely the best way to get information you think is important to the eyes of someone who can make a change.
No matter what they say in the videos someone will always be upset that their question or issue was not talked about specifically. They likely try to target the biggest issues, questions or concerns which they can speak about confidently or offer some sort of insight on.
I’m here with you experiencing the same issues, bugs and frustrations. However, being rude to or going after the people working on this game isn’t the correct approach to solve anything.
I’m curious. Would you prefer the programmers use their 8 hours a work day responding to 10,000 forums posts about some fool begging for yet another nerf to x weapon or their 8 hour work day laying down new code and fixing bugged code? Just wondering. Personally I prefer the later!
