  • pvp mode is always on for people without a faction

  • pvp mode will automatically activate when you hit level 20, 40, 60 and you dont progress the next faction rank.

So brand new players can get ganked all day until they progress enough to select a faction? That’s gonna turn away a lot of new players before they’ve even gotten a taste of the game.

There’s also a lot of players that challenge themselves to play the game without ever joining a faction that are not bots. This solution would punish them unfairly.

I would also be concerned that players would camp the faction quest POIs to grief other players trying to complete their faction quest while being mandatorily PvP flagged.

That’s right, it is level 10. I need to go to bed. But no, it’s not a “pro bot argument…” it’s a valid concern. How can you try to say I’m pro bots when you literally just finished commenting on my post about the same exact thing and made this post?

Look, All I’m saying is that there’s some issues with the idea as it’s laid out currently. If you can see them too then maybe it can be improved. If you can’t see any issues at all then there’s nothing more to be discussed.

Actually we should get rid of factions and the ability to have pvp. These ideas get more amusing each day.
-random node spots end of bots no more node camping, no more building tents over nodes.
-get rid of factions, no more hassle to have to deal with toxic pvp
-give pve full control of crafting station upgrades and move all pvp players to a single server, this way we stop seeing smart posts like this.

this bots have to be pvp flagged talk is just bullshit. bots don’t care if and how often they are get killed. at some point the player gets tired of it and they go back to their bot activities undisturbed.

they same with let them kill via npc. It’s fun for 15 minutes, but then I get bored.
