I have also experienced this bug as well roughly 1k hp missing.
I also went from 9100 health last night to 8300 health today. Relogging and restarting the game didn’t help. Noticed I was 3 points shy of 100 Con so respecced to have a full 100 Con just in case I was misremembering after putting on new gear last night and only went up to about 8500 and change HP. So definitely something odd going on.

when I take all my armor off I have 90 con, and have 8.9k HP so there is a problem for sure that I have more HP than you with less con.

This isn’t a bug. If you own a house in a territory which activated Hale and Hearry, you get 10% hp for 3 days. Once its over you lose it again. Hence you lost 10% hp. As they say: It’s not a bug, it’s a feature. Pay attention to your town projects. You can also see buffs benefiting you from your town on your Bio page.
I see it now and did the math. 8,598 + 10% = 9,457.8 My HP rn is 9,443 close but it’s not right.
This game has too many under the table buffs, if your giving me 10% gathering bonus I don’t need that up on my HP bar telling me, now when my HP fluctuates between 1,000hp or roughly 10% every time this buff pops up and or goes away why is that not on my HP bar telling me hey you got more hp bc of w/e that’s a big deal, If you keep buffs that are important from people your going to get a mob screaming “bug.” If you see it up on your hp bar you know what’s up. Not hidden. No mob screaming at you. IMHO projects should stick to gathering bonuses and how much you gather etc. not my HP this is why we have foods that buff us and tell us that it’s there not “oh I have to go through three pages to see if I have a HEALTH buff.”
The problem is what this guy right here is saying. At 90 Con he has more HP than me and I have 100 Con which not only gives more HP but the 10% from armor buff (and I’m in full heavy) gives me even more, putting me over 9k HP where I was before. I’m at 8500 HP now which is clearly not correct.
I think it’s due to town project that gives a hit point buff. I gained 1K hps a while ago and lost them today during a bit of connection issue resulting in exiting and entering the game.
You can’t tell you have the buff and since it last days you get “used” to the extra hit points and relogin is the key to losing it. Seems if you stay in game after getting the buff it stays active even if the town project ends.
I’ve had 12,092 health for 2 and a half weeks straight wearing pvp gear and the same jewellry. I logged in this morning after not playing on patch day, low and behold my hp was 10,408. Tried to respec but I seemed to lose even MORE hp, at 203con I now have 10,103 hp.
Is there some kind of legit reason why my health would fluctuate this much wearing the same gear and being aware that I wasn’t under the effect of some kind of local buff? @Luxendra

I can accept everything…bug on quests…on some skills…etc etc BUT I CAN’T ACCEPT BUGS ON THE BASES like stats…this is so FRUSTRATING…a lot of hours building up the char and then happens things like that…this is very tedious !RUINING TOTALLY MY PVP EXPERIENCE!GG
If they continue like this…I’m going to leave this game…those things are unacceptable,so disappointed!
ps: if it wasn’t enought CANNOT SWAP correctly weapones during pvp that take years…now even that…
I agree the stats being bugged out on top of all other bugs is really frustrating.
Regarding weapon swap in pvp if you dodge and swap is almost a guaranteed success while under pressure in pvp, also you can block and swap if you time it correctly.
After 24h…nothing is changed…still missing 1,1k of hp…

I’m not sure if those buffs are supposed to work across the world, it sounded like they’re supposed to be for the region only, but they definitely do. And my health has consistently gone up and down depending on if one of the 3 cities I have a house in has the Hale and Hearty project active (it does not stack if multiple have it). Kinda makes having houses in both Everfall and Windsward a must since both those towns make more than enough gold that they always have 4 town projects active unlike the rest of the map. The rich only get richer.

no no man this is not the point… I had always my hp at the same amount only just 2 week ago happens it for few hours…and then it was restored automatically.I dont know even if this bonus you are speaking about depend by faction influence…in that case in the map I dont have ANY territory under faction control…sadly…and lastly I ve been mostly on shattered mountain in last 10 days.IT’S A BUG.

Do you have a house? And if so, when did you purchase it?
I’d wager you bought one 2 weeks ago. The buff lasts for 3 days so it might have expired shortly after and was not renewed.
Faction control has nothing to do with it. Just house ownership.
I also have this bug I just switched servers and went down from 9.4k to 8.6k and I didn’t have any active buffs on before the switch and I contacted the support and they said that it was a known bug and that they were working on fixing it

Customer support has said a lot of things that makes it hard to believe anything they say at this point.
Just look at the “the further an invasion goes, the more stuff gets destroyed” fiasco we had this week.

Same with me I’m down 1000 hp… any word on when this bug will be fixed
