Yes that’s correct. Keen doesn’t stack with itself, and Keenly Empowered doesn’t stack with itself. Example: sword has keen and shield has keen (does not stack to give you double keen.) Same goes for keenly empowered (does not stack to give you double keenly empowered)

One last question if you don’t mind.
A shield has Keen. The sword does not have Keen. Will the sword benefit from the Keen on the shield?
I had to test this, but yes. Perks on your sword will apply to your shield attacks, and perks on your shield will apply to your sword attacks.

I tested having sturdy on both my sword and shield last week and it did not stack. Took the same amount of stamina damage with 1 sturdy perk as with 2.
Thanks for the info. It appears that only some perks will stack. Enchanted and vicious stack, and sturdy does not apparently.
