I have a huge problem cause my storage are empty sometimes and there are just no way to get my stuff back!
It have happend three times now, latest yesterday when mountainhome empty itself for the second time!! and before that WW were i had a full storage and a full storage in mountainhome twice!
What is happening?? Are they draining themselfs again? I`m not a newbie that have put the stuff on me and empty the storage myself. What do we do??
Im a hardcore gamer in NW and a grinder with really really good stuff in my storages and when they dissapear i loose a bunch of coins, a lot of coins and all the stuff i collected is gone!
From the minute to next a storage of my can be totally drained…empty?
I have over 3800h but when i loose my stuff every week i get angry cause they come with a lot of gameplay and farming. This cant happen again so please take a look what is happening with my storages.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
