Is that tooltip boken like so many others or does it really give 0.15%? 0.15% of anything is pretty insignificant no? (unless it’s 100 billion dollars #DrEvilPinkeyFinger)

Don’t know whats the boss respawn timer, it changes location it seems

It’s based upon your level. So for a level 60 I believe your luck is increased by 9%
