Do you not understand the word myopically then?
yeah that’s in most people’s vocabulary
wtf? there are still more ways to get money than the daily. if you want to respec 4 times a day the daily missions already pay it for you and then its up to you to earn more money.
You are looking at the things myopically if you cant see ways to get money or if your pocket doesnt grow each hour you play. youre just simply bad in managing your money i guess.
But as I see its not your fault that you are broke so stick with this thoughts, I dont care actually.
I have a spreadsheet to track costs and see if/when its better to craft or sell raw. I hadn’t updated it in about 2 weeks. I spent over an hour adding prices to it. Almost all items were 1/5 the value they were 2 weeks ago.
200g every 20/30 minutes? oh boy I’ll be in voidbent in no time!
Sorry? You wanted voidbent after playing for 5 minutes?
Go and get the resources yourself if you can’t be bothered to take the time to make the money.

you’re totally right, I have next to no play time
Latest update was only 10% mining luck, 30% gathering. So in all honesty, 10% shouldn’t have had that bad of an impact on pricing. My server has been dropping void ore well before the 1.1 update. It was 6K when I started playing, it’s now 1.8K per ore. The update will slowly, but surely saturate the supply because 10% is something but not as large of an extent as you were making out. Where the saturation will come from is 50-100+ players with the extra 10% and mining gear…
If time isn’t a problem, I’m not following your whole point about the fact it’ll take a while to buy voidbent… You’re happy to spend the time, right?
However, you can alternatively just GS farm and get better armour instead. It’ll not take you any more time.
Voidbent isn’t even anything special. It’s just guaranteed perks and bonuses.
PvP… it’s just the perks and bonuses that count (other than heavy/medium/light) which can roll on armour drops anyway. PvE? You can get better stats… Half of endgame is physical damage whereas voidbent is heavy on the elemental.
I have more practical heavy armour pieces at 550gs than heavy voidbent (and it’s only missing the extra 3 health - which I’ll get while playing the game casually over time).
No… It was 10% loot from drops and chests. 30% gathering - which includes mining. Why do you think some people are pissed?
Where are you getting your information from?
you think that’s what is killing the economy? lol, it’s the mass amount of bots
Green wood sells for .03 - .04 on my server. What? Why? very odd but ok. I can literally make money just by gathering bushes and chopping young trees.
Theres like 20-30 servers with more than 300 people. Aka there’s 20-30 servers that MIGHT have a market place, the rest are dead.
Ah, I must have had my wires crossed. Any need to be funny about it though? Shows your true mentality. To be honest, I’ve yet to see it crash the value of items on my server. As previously said, they’re been dropping for a while. This hasn’t impacted it very much, if at all. Perhaps it will long term? But so will growing numbers of players… It’s catch 22. There just needs to be more ways of obtaining coins, be it PvE or PvP. End-game PvP you have outpost rush, invasions, wars… PvE you have dungeons which are extremely locked down. Even with the recent reduction in crafting materials.
Oh there ya have it, not that special have guaranteed perks. Nothing to see here. End of conversation. Moving along!

Presumably you’re on about my point about plummeting prices of void ore? Since that’s the only point I talked about the prices going down. It’s hard to follow since you didn’t reply to any particular comment.
Bots don’t harvest Orichalcum as far as I am aware - unless you’re trying to tell me you’ve seen them being extremely inefficient and run between the single nodes in low level areas (and they’re large distances apart with high respawn times too).
Not to mention this is additional to the assumption they got the mining level too… each time one was banned… They’d still likely be killed whether PvP was on or off. That’s repair costs and running back to nodes. If you’ve seen them I’d like to know what world too.
Botting ori at any kind of efficiency would cost more to maintain than they’d make. There are only a few worthwhile ori node locations where they’re relatively close (one 50+ area or a few 60+ elite areas).
So assuming they went to an ‘efficient’ area:
If they have PvP disabled without armour, they’ll get killed. (And no luck boosts whatsoever).
PvP disabled and with armour (with or without luck), they’ll get killed and have repair costs. The costs will quickly be far above the selling values.
PvP enabled and any combination of armour… Guess what? They’ll get killed. I doubt they’d make it past a few ore nodes in any location.
You might find that both supply and demand scale with population, albeit might be slightly skewed.
I do find that as I regularly make characters on 2 servers I’m contemplating to monitor the markets.
I would make vastly more money on populated servers as I am doing late game flipping with high capitol and late game farming and crafting. People that get fucked are greenwood farmers.
Im also in the minority in that I’m spreadsheeting my market.
Oh just FYI to any “future” crafters.
Nobody will buy your crap unless you are JC. Even once max legy.
Your welcome.
thats just wrong, im lvl 55 and ive gotten 47k coins now and not a single profession on max level.
dont blame others if you dont know how to make money
