Respeccing cost 200g. you get 600gold from one invasion (?). Why would you buy 2. house if you could not afford it?
And i love how: I continue spending money on AH, buy a 2. house when i really cant afford it and then come to the forum complaining that i cant afford all the shit i spent my gold on.
I have 10-20k gold and i still havent bought my 2. house since i like to have a bank. if i drop under 10k gold i stop spending money to im back over.

Its not a must, a lot (even maby most) players can play just fine with one house.
I know a lot of players that also play just fine with 0 houses. That you are overspending is not the games fault.
Im lvl 60, i have one house and i have no problem playing the game. Sure it is a benefit having the 2. house but not a must.
I don’t play with a house (can’t really afford it) but that’s my problem. I’m lazy and I spend what I make at the trade post (supporting sellers!). I just don’t care to spend my time trying to think of ways to sell things people want and that’s ok. The economy is fluid and driven by the players. Not the devs. (although they get blamed for all of it).
Lv60 here, currently having 3 house all rent keep going, not even short of gold at all in fact it keep increasing , mainly gatherer but have several 200 craft so i just craft stuff using mat i have excess of or even just sell raw / refined mats, recently i just upgraded bunch of trophy that total took me around 50k-100k in total, and i have like 30k leftover which I’m still aiming for several trophy materials such as crafting trophy that i haven’t get
conclusion not sure how your management is going but yeah you need to set a line where your gold is at that point stop all spending and get more coins
Yeah while having a decent life outside the game and casually playing I make gold because it’s very easy to make now and I don’t have to spend crazy time in and then on the forum whining

If you’re on a dead server what you need to be doing is Hoarding all the valuable stuff you can in prep for server merges
I’m playing on a “dead” Server. Not alot of players and i’m still making money. Farm Spots. Level 25 Elites. It’s not hard. And you can actually Level up your Weapons 
I only play 1-2 hours a day and still have a lot of coin, with 3, houses, not sure what you are doing, and I am not even doing the x10 daily bonus

600-800 gold a day by doing daily missions is one of dozens of ways to make money, I spent less than I get, youre doing something wrong.

I did only mention the daily missions which are not the only way to get money lol.
And if you have to respec 4+ times everyday youre simply doing something wrong.
I also respecced 3 or 4 times 2 days ago. 2 or 3 times for different farming yields and one time later for pvp and I still made plus that day.

And I have three houses, a lots of tax, I am respeccing sometimes and so on and so on.
I dont even try to save money and always have between 10-20k. Spent 2,5k in 2 days to my company and still got more in my pocket than the days before.
Just learn how to make money and there u go.
