I’m not understanding the crit changes…

Is it gona be stronger but less frequent or weaker and less frequent? I would assume multiplicative is better than additive but ags is dumb so idk what it means when they explain it

Crit Hit chance is nerf, and Crit hit dammage too.

This will bring the crit builds to the forefront, because until now everyone took advantage of the critique mechanics too easily.

It’s gonna be both less frequent and weaker the way I understand it. Additive is worse as e.g. you have a base multiplier of 1.2 and get a 10% buff from somewhere, you’ll only get a 1.3 damage increase instead of a 1.32 damage increase (when multiplicative instead).

Also the fail save mechanic for not getting any crits is mitigated.

This might make resilient less of a factor overall and potentially not mandatory anymore.

Maybe that’s what they intended, actually. Many were complaining that it was kind of boring as it was mandatory on pretty much all pvp builds.

True but no crit builds will be terrible since people will still rock resilient/they already have BIS gear with resilient?
