Check your ISP or VPN provider. You might need something more secure.
Thanks for the advice, but I have the same problem with the call of duty, and all other games and services work. Blizzard also blocked me first, and then unblocked me when I pointed out to them that I live in Ukraine. The problem is that other companies do not get through to technical support and often they offer only templates with problems, and if I have something special, then I am left without help. Man that sounds lame all around. Ensure you are using a full vpn and not split. Also look for Canadian servers to pivot your connection from. Id submit a ticket directly to Amazon games as applies to the forum. I am not sure that this is a bug. I hope you and your family are safe!
I understand what you mean, but why do I need to pay for vpn if I have already paid for the game and they should let me in without third-party software. That it’s not a bug is possible, but it’s weird.
