I am having so much fun leveling up! This is a great change! So will we get a fresh server that nobody can transfer to?

Feel the same way. At first I didn’t want to level, just wanted to jump into Brimstone Sands for a peek.

But played it for about 2 hours (just main story) and gotta’ say, much better than the current new character process. Fresh start servers would be f’n awesome. Submitted feedback in game.

Liked the greatsword skill tree and how it works differently. Would comment more but I’ll play the PTR a little more tomorrow.

Monarchs and Everfall look great. Have the house by the trading post in Everfall, checked it out, it was awesome. And somebody mowed the lawn! It annoyed me that to get rid of the grass I’d have to put a rug or something down before.
Lol. I also noticed the addition of a new area west of everfall on my run to Monarchs and thought that was cool. I admit, didn’t play past leveling to 15. Cinematics were great.

Now if AGS could knock a hole in the wall of the castle in Monarchs where my cliffside view used to be that’d be great. (small house next to town hall) …Kidding.

What about the historical territory standing points ? Can you view them now?

I’m having fun on the PTR as well…but devs…the greatsword…is just a little toooooo much sword. Like GAHDAMN. Got me feeling like Cloud over here.

Please adjust the size on the GS just a lil bit. It’s comically big.

but thats a good thing tho right? The warhammer is also comically big. thats why its so much fun to use it

If that happens I will ask no more from them. That is everything I will ever need to be happy in this game. Then this will be the most perfect game ever created.

Give them what they want I guess. I for one could never start over. I’ve invested too much time into what I have on my current character to think of starting fresh. Couldn’t be me.

I hope it flows well bc I haven’t played since near release and am at level 29 and am so lost returning. All I really did then was gather so I would like to start back up with my son and play through the quests together. At this point I have no idea what I should be doing or where I should be doing it.

Fresh start servers really wouldn’t work. You’d get all the top players making alts on that server just to punch down on some newbs and casuals.

Honestly, in your shoes I would just start new. You will make it to level ~30 in a evening or two tops. Leveling is much quicker now. But be aware, they revamped 1-25 and will do the rest in another update.

New revamp is not live yet I assume? Have they also sped up gathering xp rate in the last year?

Update is due in october. Yes all crafting has been made easier.

That happened at launch too mate. Top guilds that had played nw in beta for months or years who could min/max from lvl 1 steam rolled servers.

On our server everfall and ww were bought by a 500 man streamer company within 40 minutes and they absolutely dunked on the entire server.

This is not a factor that should even be taken into consideration. It is inevitable that the min/maxers will always be in the lead. Fresh servers would still be dope

Heck… I’d just be happy if I could start a brand new character and ingame email myself the coin I’ve already earned so it’s not wasted lol

This new update sounds like fun. I may consider rerolling as well :slight_smile:

Does logging still take ages to level up?
