I am stuck with "Timed out while waiting for server to spawn player."

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: US East - Amano Iwato

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I logged out of the game to go eat dinner and upon trying to log back in I am stuck with the Play button greyed out and a spinning loading icon on it. Eventually it times out trying to connect and says “Timed out while waiting for server to spawn player.” I’ve tried restarting the game multiple times, running both steam and the game as administrator along with verifying game files through steam and eventually restarting my entire PC. Nothings worked so far and unsure of what else to do to try and fix the issue.

I have tried

• %appdata% deletions method

• disable internetprotacol v6

• ipconfig line in command prompt

• disable firewall

nothing works I am certain its a bug on your server side and I shouldn’t have to do all these things on my pc to fix it as I have also tried to log on other computers and its just a character bug still doesn’t let me log……

Back Story: I was pulled into a expedition then had lag detected on the top of the screen and was spawned in and couldn’t move anywhere so I tried to relog then I got this error and haven’t been able to log in since. My party members said they could here my character running but couldn’t see me… My character remained to appear online for 14 hour on my friends list but now has gone offline. (Just trying to give you guys all the info you need to patch this.)

What are my options now and can i or will i get any compensation for my lost time this is a very import time in the game and have taken off work for the week to grind max level and help take over the server…

Please we need a patch and a update on a ETA for a patch or fix.

bare minimum do a server reset aka maintenance to refresh every one…?
